Yoga for all Seasons 2018

A series of Saturday morning workshops to help align you with the different energy of the changing seasons. Giving you a feeling of being connected with the earth and the rhythms of life.

Yoga, meditation and relaxation giving you the opportunity to grow and reach your full potential.

June 16th 9:30 - 12:00pm - Summer Solstice - light, freedom and vitality

Sept 22nd 10:30 - 1:00pm - Autumn Equinox - balance and abundance

Dec 15th  10:30 - 1:00pm - Winter Solstice - reflection and relaxation

except for the June workshop which will be at:
the Springhill Cricket Club, Springhill Lane, Wolverhampton WV4 4TJ - outside with amazing views, weather permitting.
